Hope you're feeling better and that the surgery goes well.  I also hope that you have an awesome Christmas despite everything.  I think you will always be gorgeous (inside and out) no matter what happens and when you come back to visit us in Melbourne we will throw a huge bash for you :)  You're strong and an inspiration as you never complain (at least online :P ) and you have a fantastic attitude and persona that people can aspire to. 

I've been reading a lot of fashion books and it's starting to come out in my drawings ;)  You should really check out Dreaming of Dior and Dreaming of Chanel, this drawing is so inspired by that.

Keep me up to date with how you go!  I also want to see some drawings soon from you :P

i was looking through my old drawings from the Disney days, and came across this (on the left), from one of my first 'Return to Neverland' scenes. it reminded me of something far cooler, so i thought i'd make some improvements. i'm such a geek.

6 months ago I was leading a fantastic project called Arrr!; Pretty much Professor Layton if he was a time travelling pirate... 

Before leaving that sinking ship I wanted to make sure that i left behind a good foundation for maintaining consistency of style in the game and so spent my last two weeks trying to concepetualise all the remaining characters that would appear in game... Enjoy CY!

Remember me Ching? A bit obscene having him on your first post but you might not have seen him for a for years. Brings back some fun memories doesn't it. Well I hope this is encouraging you to pick up your pencil...who knows you could make up a few more mouth shapes and expressions to add to the model sheet. Pig and I are thinking of you..love grace

In her first early hours of dealing with the reality of multiple bone fractures and an extended stay in hospital to recover, CY declared that all she wanted to do to pass the time was draw.

Please help inspire and humour her by posting your drawings here. Any content is fine, perhaps expressing whatever you feel at this moment to show that your thoughts are with her. Feel free to authorise anyone you know who might like to contribute (go to settings > permissions to add new authors, or message me and I will invite them). CY isn't ready just yet to comment or post her own doodles, but as soon as she is we'll most assuredly let you know. In the meantime, it would be ever so lovely if we could get a little collection of drawings going to surprise her when she's able to get online!

I'm not sure if this will work but I'm hoping you'll have complete capability to post to the site -- do whatever you want! Written thoughts and comments will also be greatly appreciated!
